Honestly I don't get why heroes with fewer actions per minute are rewarded so heavily

Depends on the enemy. Try jumping on me while doing that I guarantee you it will not end as well as you think. Alice is not tanky, and can easily be countered by anti-heal items. Hahahaha.

If you're almost dead, then yeah, an Alice can kill you. The orb is slow AF, just dodge it.

Alice is a good hero but can't one shot or combo kill the enemies quickly. So players pick mages like Vale who can get kills easily.  We can also escape her ultimate easily by using flicker or sprint. Once she loses her mana, she is easy to kill

Avoid fighting alice inside her ultimate with DPS type heroes
