Agree. Moscov, once farmed well is broken with attck speed boost and lifesteal. But he's easy to gank with stun and cc, with his low attack range.

Moskov is fine, they even nerf his 1st skill before trinity build release from 1.5x attack speed bonus to 1.3x attack speed. Also, Moskov is mid-late game hero, of course he is monster.

and ganking with stun and cc, that's common sense...

Maybe nerf his s2 instead of nerfing his damage?
The biggest problem I find in him is his stun. If he gets you In late game it's auto delete. Even early with inspire, it's enough to win him his lane

From 1.3-1.5 to 1.1 to 1.5 to compensate early game speed to farm creep alone or 1v1 gold lane.
Which mean Moskov now more to defensive play at early than aggressive with inspire.

The item "Dominance Ice" is very good against MM depending on attack speed like Moskov. I don't think he needs any nerf now
