Skill 1: CD from 6.5s -> 7.5s
Skill 2: 14s-12s -> Fixed CD of 14s
Decrease the size of the field by 1 unit of measurement
Ultimate: CD from 44.0s-36s -> Fixed CD of 45s
Nerf Ultimate Damage from 700-1100(+150% Total Magic Damage) Magic Damage -> 700-1000(+130% Total Magic Damage) Magic Damage
Definitely agree this nerf. Xavier is really broken. His over all dmg needs a nerf, and cd too. He's been top picked/banned hero. Hope they adjust him next patch.
