Role: Support

Silent Step - Passive Skill

When Hermes not receive any damage or attack, he disappear. He will revealed if receive damage or do any attack or skill to the hero.

Genius Family - First Skill

Hermes command his puppy to go todesignated location. This puppy will reveal nearby opponent and bark at them.Reduce their movement speed by 60% for 2 seconds. Using this skill again will command the puppy go back to Hermes and stun the opponent along it way, inflict Physical Damage. This puppy also bait to other pet such as Sun's clone, Nana's doll, Diggie's bomb, Zhask's mini robot, etc, but immune to damage.

Cover Cloak - Second Skill

Hermes jump to nearby target (especially to the lowest HP) and make them untargetable for 3 seconds. Recover 10% of their missing HP gradually and increase 60% of movement speed. If covered ally attack, this skill immediately stop.  

Missing Person - Special Skill

Hermes throw his hat to designated direction. If this hat hit the opponent, they will disappear for 3 seconds from field. After the time is up, they go back to the same position where they got disappear.

I love the art and I adore the ultimate.
First skill sound promising.
Second skill needs optimazations.
His passive is ok. I suggest though transferring his skill 1 puppy locator to his passive. Invisibility is nice but it doesn't give him any major buff.
Then on skill 1 make the stun imidiate.
