her kit is extremly overloaded in addition to 3 passives she has 2 dashes and 185% magic ratio on her s1 , none the less she can steal a 50+ sec cooldown ult like (yve's or pharsa) and use it on a 20 sec cooldown

here is my suggestion:

-she should inherit the ult cooldown of the ult she stole
-remove her exp passive completly
-the fear from her S1 should not apply another stack after cosuming the first one, that way she cant CC you 2 times in a row

I agree, her ultimate CD should be based on the ultimate she stole instead of fixed CD

Maybe add a time limit to the copied skill as well. She just copy it once indefinitely until she uses it.
Or is it an overkill?
