Why rank que took so long? It took 10-15 mins to find match. I play in Indonesia server.

There isn't a specific category for this issue but give it a try, if you found no results you may report back to us so we check up.

That's weird, which rank are you? And is it a premade team? Isn't Indonesia the most crowded region?

Honestly  surprising that happened to you especially in the Indonesian server.
I've never really faced a que more than 10 minutes in the Eu server unless it was late at night(which I dont really play at)

If that keeps happening, please do contact Customer Service. They can actually look into your network; ISP and Cellular connections to the server and fix that for you if its an issue on their side.
If things still dont fix, dont hesitate to get back to us :)

I played solo most of the time. When I play duo, que time much more faster (1-4mins). Classic game que is very fast, around 10-20 seconds. I wish I can get faster que time for ranked game.

Weird and that's in Mythical Glory elo. Are your matches usually overseas or across regions? If so, could be something in your ISP that makes you physically not in Indonesia when queueing. Though, could try restarting your router for a fresher and newer IP, might work.

If persisted, let us do know. Try Aldric's suggestion.

Like what my colleague @BMPW said, try heading to that category and state your issue.

As a fix, try following what @Charles mentioned as well. If it's not ISP related issues, then his method will work most of the time.

Also check if location is activated on your phone; sometimes this can also solve the issue.

In the 4. Details: Please explain about your matchmaking isuse. You can also ask to do checks into your network or if there were any changes recently.

I think at 600+ point most people will choose to rank with team for now. So its hard to find a game when you solo. If you cant find match in Indo server then you cant find match anywhere else xDOff topic: solo to 600+ now you are really talent
