New Items Suggestion

Hello, Im 16k games player at eu, ru and turk servers, suggest to add new items ingame:For mage:
Legendary wand (2300 gold)
+30 magic power
Unique passive:
All magic skills deal true damage equal of 70% total spell damage.
Magic penetration turns to magic power 1 to 1
Only 1 item for team available p

Comment: late item, counter too much magic defence, and too much shields, but only 1 item for team, so only 1 team member can buy it, same as only 1 roamer, can't spam full magic team.

For tank:
Legendary armor (2000 gold)
+50 physical def
+700 hp
Unique passive:
When u receive physical dmg, decrease it per 25 % for 4 sec. Leave battle for 10 sec to reload passive.
This item can buy only active roamer. Only 1 item for team.

For support:
Legendary cape (2000 gold)
+25 magic def
+25 physical def
+500 hp
Unique passive:
When you and your Allies got control by enemy skill, Negate crowd control for nearby allies once. Reload 10 sec after leave a battle.
This item only 1 per team. Only roamer with active roam skill can buy it.

For fighter:
Legendary boots: (700 gold)
+40 speed
Unique passive: when u use a skill give you speed boost by 7 % for 3 sec.

Comment: Can stack twice? Or without stack need to discuss
Only fighter role, only 1 item for team.

For marksman:
Legendary bow: (2500 gold)
+50 attack physical
+25 attack speed
+25 crit chance
Unique passive:
When you deal basic attack, deal second basic attack to nearby enemy in radius of basic attack
(Only 1 item for team, only marksman user, can't used by jungler)

Assassins items a lot, but if something will come to mind will write.
