Does oracle passive work for only estes or all teammates healed by estes ?

Wrong mathematic. And wrong description.
30% + 30% = 39%. Because oracle(and all similar percent items), not a summed up. They take a percent of numeric. So, you will not get 30% + 30%. You will get a 30% + 30% of 30%. or 30 + 30/(100*30) = 30 + 9.   

Same thing with a Tough Boots and Barats passive, for example. Normally he has a 50% reduce time controled. Boots give you a 30% reduce time controled. Its not a 50+30, but 50 + 30% of 50 = 65%.  

Also if we talking about Angela shield its will not give you procent shield. Its give you 1200(+something) points of shield. And its not matter target was ultied. It will get 1200 + 30% = 1560(+something) points. Not matter was it tank or assasin.

But Oracle also heal him, with you angela support heal enchantment. Normally its might be 900, but its will be 990 with oracle...

They(C4lam1tyG0D and Rafael0000)  was mistake. Its work for INCOME healing only. So, if Estes buy will it, its work olly for him. But, if hes alies will buy oracle, healing by Estes will incresse for them(but not for Estes). But this way, also if someone will try heal Estes, like Rafaela, and Estes only will have oracle, this heal will be also incressed.

ITS NOT WORKING FOR OUTCOME HEALING. ONLY INCOME.

I think both. Oracle only increases the healing ability of the hero using it. If Estes uses that item, he will heal both himself and his teammates more. But whether his teammates use that item or not does not affect Estes's Healing ability. Therefore, only support heroes and heroes with shield, healing ability can use oracle.

Oracle has effects on all skills that gives you and your allies shield and healing. So +30% is all healing and shields(even HP regen is also buffed by 30%).
So yes, his first skill and ult gets that 30% buff in healing, which heals the ally hero with that 30% buff.
It also work on Favor roaming blessing as well since it is consider as a healing effect.

I use Angela,(I am professional in support and tank heroes) my brother uses Gusion. We play matches together in ranked mode. I uses Oracle for Angela .So if my brother chooses oracle for Gusion, Angela's shield will be increase 30%+30%=60% ?

it would be 30%+(30% of the ornigal vaule). For example if the shield with angela u give to gusion is 200, gusion will also get 200+30% of the 200 due to oracle effect.

I checked it. Oracle only effect estes. Oracle doesnt work on your ally.

I didn't know it works on an ally if the ally also has it. I see you guys do math here and I'm like damn :)) I for one haven't given it much thought to be honest..
