Rework Paquito.

Im tired of paquito dmg and mobility. So these are few things to rework him to make a bit weaker or balanced but still deadly in the right hands.
Passive- add a stack when u auto a hero as well as using skills. This might seem like a buff but with the nerf thats its coming might be needed.

Skill 1- reduce cooldown by 1 sec at every level.
Skill 2- reduce dmg by 50% at all levels. This skill deals too much dmg, makes no sense to me. But decreases dmg taken if u hit enemy hero get hits, decrease dmg taken by 15% for each hero hit.
Skill 3- reduce cooldown of skill 2 by 1 second, enhanced will reduce cooldown of skill 2 by 2 seconds. dmg of skill 3 is decreased by 15% at all levels.

The dmg nerf of paquito might be too much after all 50% is a lot.

I don't think it is eno. Cuz skill 1 dmg has been lower than paq skill 2. I wouldn't mind skill 1 getting buffed a bit and skill 2 nerfed.

Correct me if Im wrong is the nerf you are talking about is when they nerf his ult by 6 seconds.

skill 1 => Damage 245-420 + 70%  physic attack => 210-360 + 50% physic attack !

So ? Better no ?

the prob is bc paquito could deal 1/3 of your hp without losing hp. He could use skill 1 and 2 at the same time to reduce a lot of dmg. Second paquito skill 1 is not as strong as his skill 2 in the sense that skill 2 has lower cooldown and dmg.

I have 300 matches with paquito 62 wr the problem with his skill set is that WHY THE HELL PACS second skills that is a dash skill do more dmg than his useless first skill. my main suggestion for these is to revert the dmg of his second and first skill so that people who uses paq side could not do double dash jab that rips 40-50 percent of your health in the laning phase he is way to ez to dominate sidelane the only time will you lose if your midlaners sucks or the enemy's midlaners keeps you in check all the time but most of the he wins 1v1

My suggestion'
- Revert dmg second and first skill'
- buff First skill dmg (maybe equivalent to 2 dash jabs second skill) since first skill is only used for stacks gain and little shield tbh i mean in teamfights sometimes i dont even need to use first skill anyways
- second skill reduce the dmg by alot and add slow effect so that second skill and first skill could work well

this changes i mention will make his first skill do dmg alot and his second skills like a poke skill instead a very balanced burst dash skill instead i mean his first skill is literally named HEAVY LEFT PUNCH but does significantly low dmg COMPARED to HIS second skill calles JAB WTF MOONTOON ???
