[Hero Balance] Rework Faramis

This rework aims to make the hero's abilities more suitable and useful on the current battlefield, leaving part of his alchemist essence.
new functions: Protection/Group Control



Passive, Vicious Recovery:when units die near Faramis, they leave their souls there. Upon retrieving the souls, Faramis restores 175 (+60% magic power) HP. Each soul reduces its spawn time by 5%-7% (maximum 90%). Each soul will orbit Faramis, and when enemies come in contact with them, they take 50 (+30% magic attack) damage and 7.5% slow.


Skill, Escape from the Shadow: CD 10 seconds, cost mana 70/80/90/100/110/120. Faramis enters Shadow Escape state for 3 seconds, increasing movement speed by 70% and hybrid defense by 50/60/70/80/90/100. It will leave Shadow Marks to enemies it comes in contact with, cause 325/370/415/460/505/550 (+60% magic power) and a brief 40% slowdown for 0.5 seconds.When using the skill again, they hurled chains into a fan-shaped area in front of them, hitting enemies for 220/260/300/340/380/420 (+60% magic attack) and including Shadow Marks. At the end of the skill, enemies that are marked will be pulled to Faramis and take additional 325/370/415/460/505/550 damage (+60% magic attack) while recovering 160/200/240/280/320/360 (+50% magic power) HP. Enemies that are pulled and fall into the Altar of Cult will be immobilized for 0.5 seconds.


Skill, Ghostly Awe: CD 6 seconds cost mana 65/75/85/95/105/115. Faramis places a spirit in a desired location for 3 seconds, enemies entering the spirit's space field will be chased and taking damage equal to 325/375/425/475/525/575 (+120% magic power) and will be paralyzed in fear for 0.8 seconds. Reactivating the Faramis ability releases the spirit that travels in one direction, the spirit will provide 25% movement speed to nearby allies and Shadow Escape defense bonus if Faramis is in the state. During the Escape from the Shadow state, the spirit is released immediately.


Ultimate, Altar of Worship: CD 55 seconds cost mana 150/250/350. Faramis Summons an altar that lasts 10 seconds. Allies who die in it will be reborn with 80%/90%/100% HP and 100% attack. Respawn lasts 10 seconds. Souls orbiting Faramis will be assigned to the altar, as long as Faramis remains inside, each soul provides 10% damage reduction to allies (no more than 40%), in addition to resetting the CD of Ghostly Awe.

Thanks for the suggestion. Your faramis will be really strong, with those immobilisation and paralyse. Agree on the rework to become a good mage/support but not make him super OP. Support from me.

As far as I know a rework is on the way for both Faramis and Vexana! I'm looking forward to see it and maybe there will be similar skills like you suggested. The ultimate idea is pretty cool but also op as it lasts for 10 seconds!

I love the additions on each skills you made to make him more viable to the current meta. Though, you should also try voting for Faramis as one of the heroes that deserves a revamp ingame.

Hopefully they do. Unknowingly, Faramis was once used in the tournament. What players lack mostly is the ability to recognize underrated heroes' abilities.

It is rightly underrated, it is an uncontrollable support, its 1 skill is difficult to imprison and pull the enemy with its chains, it has no slowdown or higher damage ability, so it is underrated with reason
I think faramis is a hero with no indentity, u pull people by touching them but u cant really touch them. But his skill 2 deals dmg to other with range. His skills seem really random.

His only identity is your Ultimate. In this rework I wanted to give more opportunities for Faramis to pull enemies, he paralyzes them with the ghost of the 2 skill and captures them with the 1 skill, which can also be cast chains that capture more enemies.

Could, but his Ultimate is overwhelming and is really good especially in late games. His burst is also a plus. Good luck on your suggestion! You should also suggest this in our customer service in-game.

I'm waiting for an answer about his rework, I had already sent it, but thanks ❤️ I wanted to take away Faramis's explosion so he wouldn't get in the middle between wizard and support, leaving him just as a support, my opinion only
