I am currently experiencing the same issue here. Thanks to ConfidentLadder, I manage to stay in lobby while patching for new updates (I did reinstall the game before). I hope there will be update soon from Moonton and here's my details:

Thanks for the input, been using the same method and it works, still freeze after couple of wars, just restart and do the same method and you are fine, can download and open chest and 515 events. Recharging still can be issue, first time it prohibited me to recharge, after a day, I am allowed to recharge, but it take sometimes to fill my diamond value, my last recharge of 250 diamond is still unknown on the status after 1 hour of recharge in order to get “free elite skin” event for 12 - 515 Race Car (2021) rewards. Please fix it

Couple hints that I have got maybe able to help ML team, is that there seems to be problem on android system webview and google chrome program, that freeze and being reviewed that cause couple crash on the last update by their users. Hope this can help

Hi,
So i try these steps and it works:
1. Uninstall mlbb
2. Install aptoide (it's just like google play to install apps)
3. Search mlbb
4. Install the prev version of MLBB
5. Dont update via google play at the moment. Update just ingame.

Freeze still happen for me,after doing all the solution like reinstall,clea cache,clear data,even change device. I think the problem is occur because Bundle that i claim early on google play. I still can play if i use an app like Dual Apps or Parallel Apps but i cant buy anything with google play.

Hey Moonton, fix the issue that is CLEARLY related to the google account I used to apply your play card promos. If I remove the google account from my phone the game is playable but customer service still won't load. I have cleared all caches in play store,games, services, MLBB, and reinstalled and had to play new account before I could reconnect old one only to freeze again. It is painfully obvious the issue is with the google account and your promo loot. Stop telling people to reinstall and clear caches. You are going to frustrate more and more of us. The issue is something YOU need to fix, not us.

Take a look at your play store reviews. It's so obvious what the problem is, yet you continue to ask for screens and tell people to reinstall/clear caches as if the problem is not on your end. Take some responsibility and contact google or your devs to get it fixed.ID:966001924 (5304)
