Game freeze after latest update

Hello.
I have actually faced the same issue. The main menu screen is  just frozen till infinity. I'm trying to restart the game or even according to your instructions to reinstall the whole game or delete all of the MLBB data, but thats all ends up eventually the same way. I mean :nothing helps.

Date : The issue occured right while updating the game on 11. May during the last big patch.
Please, fix it

Alrighty, Please make sure you also leave the server, not just ingame ID

This works also for me, however it's not letting me purchase anything via google playstore in game  ...

Yeah, it works but its not doable. By performing those steps, all personal data is cleared (contacts, messages, etc). Well, at least in my phone...

if you open your ML account in the 1st day of 515 event then suddendly freeze, you're unfortunately one of us. just follow this steps.

1. Open your ML Account and you will still encounter freeze screen in just 5 seconds.

2. Re-open it, then do not "x" all intro announcements after loading phase .

3. Use back button of your cellphone to cancel all intro announcements.

4. Immediately go to any lobby (ranked/classic/brawl/arcade)

5. There is no lag in the lobby, you can check your shop, event, starlight while in the lobby .

6. Try to play and there is no freeze screen. I would suggest that you should initiate a host in the game or after the game. enter immediately to the lobby

STRICTLY avoid going to main screen without entering the lobby. There might be a bug in the main screen that results to Freeze screen.

Yeah .. looks like the problem is connection between Mlbb and GooglePlay ..

After using this method , I can play , but after i buy diamonds with google it immediately freeze and im not receiving my purchase ..

while other method need u to logging out the google account ( not trying this) ... so almost sure the problem is as i stated above ..

pls fix asap , my 515 diamond will expire soon and im afraid cant get my wishlist skin ..

Seriously, this bug is getting annoying. I've done uninstaal and install so many times and it still freeze. Also the delay for top-up diamond still takes a long damn enough!

Thats it, if tomorrow this bug still not fix it. I will moving to wild Riiift.
