my second account was hacked

I have a second account. Not really use it, more like for event like it or play with low ranks frends. This is 14 lvl account, and not really matter for me, i not even use it like a 4 month. For me easer create new account than hack something like it. Anyways. Some philippine hack it, but cant change password and e.t.c.  For now, i am took 1 help for event, and i come to it and take this help. Reset password, disconnect other device, at the same time. They also use this account for event

So question is should i communicate with some support member/forum moderator, to punish this guys? And can they? Its not really matter for me, but maybe they really need some reports like it?

I understand what you are asking..I don't know if anyone will track that hacker to be honest after the player retrieves his account..would be ideal tho. Sometimes they get caught yes, depends on the method they use. I'm sorry i don't know more to tell you

It was. But i back it already.

I mean, i may email if you need a punissh huckers or back some other players accounts. I not need help with it. So should i still?

If you got your email back, I would suggest changing passwords and all of that and making sure that hackers cannot access your email anymore.

You don't need to email them if you got full control of your account and have no other problems with it, but do email if you notice any other problems with your account.

Hello there;
I'm sorry that your account got hacked and I hope your problem is solved already.
I just want to share this with you or anyone who is interested in being more safe in the future:

- Your account CAN NOT be hacked unless the hacker got access to your email/facebook/moonton account. So as a first step change your password for every and each one them and make sure they are all logged out from any other device.

-Signing in with that account on another device ( a friend's phone) and not logging out afterwards might also get your account hacked. To stay safe tap your avatar in-game, go to Account, Account center and there must be an option that says Sign out all devices.

-Make sure there is no unknown or suspicious 3rd party account binded to your game/account.

After following these steps, you can always add a secondary verification that you find when you tap on your avatar and go all the way down to Account.

Remember to stay safe and change your password regularly.

Thanks for advice. but you didnt right. They not use anything of this way. Also, i know a lot of more way to hack. Like use game support with mask you real IP to IP man as you hacked and tell support as you miss you email.

Or Session hijacking or etc. Its a lot of ways. Also its really sad, as no one(except shinee) read my post, but only name of tread. This account not matter for me. Its 14 lvl only and have nothing. I not even ask about it security and i not really need it.

My account was hacked before. I reported the issue to Moonton and and about a month later I got my account back. It will be kinda hard to find details to confirm that you are the owner of that account. So, good luck man!(☆▽☆)
