Please Note: The damage are not real and there are still many ways to balance this hero. They're just the product of my wild imagination. Also, I don't have the sample model for this hero but the image is already written in my mind and sadly, I am not talented when it comes to animations/Illustrations. Leuer, the Soulblade
Role: Assassin/Support
Passive:
                Soul Collector
If Leuereliminates an enemy hero or non-hero unit, he will gain 4/1 stack(s) ofCollected Soul capped at 32 stacks. Each stack increase his Physical Damage by 3 points. When Leuer dies, the CollectedSoul stack will be halves.
1st Skill:
                PhantomStep (Blink)
                Leuer dashesforward, dealing 300/330/360/390/420/450 (+50% TotalPhysical Damage) and slowing enemies by 30% on the path.
                PhantomState: When Leuer hits an enemy target within the Soul Sword Boundary, a soulwill attack the target continuously for 2 seconds dealing 8% of loss HP as True Damage intotal.
                CD: 8s
2nd Skill:
                SoulSword Boundary (Buff)
Summons amagic circle in front of him leaving him vulnerable to attacks while channeling.Allies within the AoE will increase their Attack Speed by 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/3%/3.5%for every Collected Soul stack.
                PhantomState: Instead of himself, he creates a soul clone of himself to cast the magiccircle.
                CD: 7s
3rd Skill:
                Bewitched(Buff)
Leuer entersthe phantom state. Gaining 10%/15%/20% movement speed and is able to walkthrough terrains. Last for (0.5 x Collected Soul stack)s.
                CD: 22

I think it would be better if he had 4 skills, for the 3rd skill (not the ult) you should make him summon some swords that can protect him or even using it to attack an opponent.

Nice.. I like your own idea about the hero design, really appreciate that and support from me!
be sure submit it to our in-game CS as well (Suggestions regarding the game > Suggestion for Game Design > Form_Game Design Suggestion) the choose option of "Hero Concept" when Filling the form there.

Nice concept but it lacks a lore and a decent design. But I applaud the skills nevertheless
