Incompetent Customer Service [GM Ophelia]

I would like to report this customer service rep named GM Ophelia. I've been talking with this monkey since March about my bug reports but this agent is just plain stupid. He replies without reading and understanding the problem first that's why are conversation is an impasse since March!

I really think they are not human, or maybe they are just teenagers doing a part time job in a non English speaking country, so they just google translate everything.

CS don't really pay attention to players on the bug topic. I don't know why. Maybe it is because they don't suffer from the bug. T-T

Because they hire people without customer service experience. They do not hire real professionals. They are just players like us.
