Unique Passive: Increase critical chance by 5% after 3 basic attacks with a cool down of 10 seconds (not stackable)

Unique Passive: Increase movement speed by 5% for 3 seconds after killing an enemy unit (minion, monster or enemy hero) with a cool down of 10 seconds

Build Path: Boots + Javelin

Cost: 700

Marksman has the lowest movement speed in game

After clearing a lane, they can switch to another lane easily with this passive

It may not be useful in a fight against the enemy

You are probably right because no boots has two passive.

lol it gives only a small boost to the marksman during early to mid game

FYI, there will be no increase in the damage of marksman in late game.

You can't escape from MM in late game anyway

Im scared of it hahaha. I ve been dominated by many mm like one shot lesley or bullet party wanwan. The idea of making mm stronger is just a big no for me BUT i wont vote against it.

I suggest to add a lot boots:
40 mvspd +10 crit chance for those who need crit.
40 mspd +15 physic penetration for assasins.
40mvspd +10 mgpwr for those who need magic pwr.
40 mvspd +10 lifesteal physical/magic depend on role: if mage magic, if physic physic, if mm basic attack lifesteal.
40 mvspd +30 def  phys/magic when less then 30-40 % hp, for tanks, to be more tanky.

I think the cost to build it could be more expensive, since it's more like enhancement item than other boots item

Boots cost 250 + Javelin cost 320 = 570.

Sniper boots with 700 cost looks good to me

I hope it will not be more than 750
