I have free spin tickets for the brewing storm event, when I used it, the diamonds got deducted instead of the free spin tickets. I want my diamonds back. Aurora event wil let you know if you will use your diamonds instead of the stars. The brewing storm event will make you think you can spin for free, but will deduct your diamonds without your consent. I only saw that I lost my diamonds when I logged in again. It feels like a scam
I already reached out to their customer service. They are terrible at doing their job. They closed the ticket without resolution and will take forever to respond to you just to send you a copy-pasted reply.

Dear user,

Since you have no evidence of it taking diamonds from you instead of tickets, we can't report this. Therefore the only solution is to continue contacting with Customer Service.

Hello dear user,

Do you have any proof regarding this issue so we can submit this as a bug report, such as a video proof that proves that such things happened?

Customer Service would also need to see a video of what happened or some kind of evidence that diamond was used instead of the ticket.

I cannot replicate the problem and record it since I already have no free spin tickets (I do not want to spin again because of what happened). It was a probably a glitch where it appears that I still have free spin tickets on my game but on the game database it does not, so it uses my diamonds instead. I was not aware that this is happening because it was not reflecting on my diamonds and there was no notification that diamonds are being spent like in the Aurora event. I noticed that I lost diamonds the next day I login.

By the way, this might help.

I use two devices to play mobile legends. Sometimes, I notice that messages, rewards, etc. are not sync to my other device. So whenever I used my other phone sometimes it still has the rewards I already got when using my other device. This might be the reason why it appears that I still have the free spin ticket..

I've been dealing with this problem for 3 days now, customer services stop responding, and I am not getting any help here. What kind of service is this? We pay real money for the game, and we got shit customer service when something gets wrong

What evidence can I provide? Tell me? How can I make a video out of a problem that happened in the past?

Did you even read the problem first? This is exactly what my problems is with the customer service. They respond without trying to understand the problem first.

I'm pretty sure you're not reading this thread, so i'll help you

They are terrible at doing their job. They closed the ticket without resolution

We (not including you Moderators because you are moonton slaves) know the CS in the game is useless, will you be irresponsible like that?

What's the difference when people report BUG and you help them but this you can't do anything ?

Do you have any idea how to end the chat with their customer service? They already stopped responding and I cannot open a new ticket. These people are not professionals. They are clowns, and their service is a joke.

I guess this isn't going anywhere. I had another problem with my starlight membership and I cannot end my ticket and open another one because this shit customer service is not closing the ticket [GM Ophelia]

This is how incompetent Mobile Legends customer service is. Even this forum moderators doesn't seem to have comprehension skills. They are very much like the customer service monkeys who will reply without reading and understanding first the problem first.
