I cannot replicate the problem and record it since I already have no free spin tickets (I do not want to spin again because of what happened). It was a probably a glitch where it appears that I still have free spin tickets on my game but on the game database it does not, so it uses my diamonds instead. I was not aware that this is happening because it was not reflecting on my diamonds and there was no notification that diamonds are being spent like in the Aurora event. I noticed that I lost diamonds the next day I login.
By the way, this might help.
I use two devices to play mobile legends. Sometimes, I notice that messages, rewards, etc. are not sync to my other device. So whenever I used my other phone sometimes it still has the rewards I already got when using my other device. This might be the reason why it appears that I still have the free spin ticket..
I've been dealing with this problem for 3 days now, customer services stop responding, and I am not getting any help here. What kind of service is this? We pay real money for the game, and we got shit customer service when something gets wrong |
