We apologise for your terrible experience with our game client; meanwhile, have you given our troubleshooting methods a try? Such as checking your phone storage space to be sufficient, and checking if all resources are downloaded correctly.
There are times that a reinstall may not rectify the resources issues, so if that's the case I would suggest testing the installation on a SD card if you have any to see if the problem persists.
Also, do provide us your phone model, OS version as well as ISP. |
