I really want Mathilda

Sorry for the inconvenience. Have to tried basic troubleshooting steps like clearing cache, update from store, uninstall resinstall. Also try connecting to a wifi and check. Do provide your id, ign, game version, device model too.

I've tried all this
the GMs of that game
are useless

I reported this bug a long time ago on the official page
and at SAC

useless people take a long time to answer

it's not just me that is suffering from this bug


I have friends and I saw people on YouTube and  social networks
saying the same thing

I believe it could be a problem from your ISP (internet Service Provider), we had an user report this bug before and it turned out to be that his ISP blocked the resources and you couldn't download them. I would recommend maybe delete the game and redownload it and see if that works, if not, you may have to contact your ISP.
