[Hero Concept] Tyche - Tarot Card Support Hero

Tyche: Same name as the Greek goddess of fortune.

This is the concept and does not include any numbers such as damage done, seconds, etc.

Hero Idea
Role: Support
Specialty: Buff/Heal/Debuff
Basic concept: Fortune Teller (Tarot Cards)
Main Stat: Magical Power
Passive: Every few seconds, she draws one of 3 random cards. 5 can be held at a time. For each card held, she gains an amount of phy/mag defense.

Death (Red) - Damage based
High Priestess (Green) - Healing based
Judgement (Blue) - Debuff based

Skill 1 (Tarot Reading): Damage/Support - Ally or Enemy
This skill changes colors(shown above) based on the available cards she has (In order of drawn, first (oldest) drawn card in her hand goes first). This card is discarded after the skill is used. At least 1 held card is required. These cards can be used on an enemy or an ally and does the following.

Death (Red):Increases ally's attack speed and damage or deals AOE damage to the enemy
High Priestess (Green):Heals ally, or silences the enemy
Judgement (Blue):Increases ally's movement speed and provides a shield or CCs the enemy

Skill 2 (Discard): AOE/Escape - Enemy
She discards all held cards in an AOE around her. This gives her a shield and damages and CCs the enemy. At least 2 cards are needed to activate this and the numbers increase based on how many cards were discarded.

Ultimate (Major Arcana): Buff/Debuff - Ally and Enemy
This skill changes colors based on the color of the most recently used Skill 1.

All allies around her, excluding her, gain a buff at random

1. increase movement speed
2. increase attack speed
3. increase physical or magical damage based on the higher stat for that ally
4. decrease skill CD
5. health or mana regen, based on whichever one is not at full, or random if both are not at full
6. shield

Depending on the color of the most recently used Skill 1, this can have different effects on enemies.

Death (Red): AOE damage done on the closest enemy in a certain distance from her, if no enemies in range, allies' buffs last a little longer
High Priestess (Green): Stops mana and health regen or removes shield on any enemy that buffed allies damage in a certian amount of time
Judgement (Blue): A percentage of damage done to buffed allies is reflected to the enemy for an amount of time

the concept is pretty good, but it would be better if you add a reference image about the hero and submit it to cs in-game cs as well along with this thread link

I have submitted it in game and for a reference image, I don't particularly care too much about what she looks like, it is more the abilities and concept that matters to me. I have added in some ideas though for appearance.
