HELP ME= EPIC SKIN YOUR CHOICE!

Hello there its been 2~4 months already im facing this problem:Actually whole country is facing that problem(Lithuania -Europe).
Mine internet connection is one the best in whole Europe, actually Lithuanian internet is one of the fastest in whole wolrd.
Im using iphone 11 pro max.

First of all we getting lag spikes, pings jumps and goes back to normal , sometimes everything is okey for example for few hours , but most of time
"Network connection failed... Reconecting"

Im starting to play rank , and boom after 2~4 mins of match , pings jumps to 300ms and everything freezes and its wont go back to normal, after restarting the game its keep saying "Network connection failed... Reconnecting" . and of course after match you got AFK mark, and reported being AFK .
Nobody dont care that you was not afk, but was keep trying to log in back to game, buts game it self was not let you do that!
Ive been complaing to costumer service ingame , i dont know how many times, answers is more than funny, lower settings and so on, and actually i tryed that its doesnt help at all!

VIDEO LINK --> https://youtu.be/j-gFGZXRMGw  , for me thats happening almoust everyday , sometimes i get back ingame fast after few secs , but sometimes its doesnt let go back ingame , its says keep reconnecting , but nothing happends. Funny part is , while its says connection failed...reconnecting .You can do everything ingame, talk with others, make donations , buy stuffs and so on , everything works but somehow its doenst let you go back ingame,like there is no internet connection.
Ive donated over 1000euro to my account for skins, and you think il be going AFK everydamn match , to destroy my win rate and credits score.
At the moment my credits score is 70 , i cant even play rank anymore and nobody can help me!

Also there 100% disconection happends when server times jumps to other day , for example 2020-10-13 23:40:21 and if you started match at 2020-10-14 00:00:00 you will be disconect from the game, and sometimes you will be able to log in sometimes not !

Story and screenshots on post above . im keep getting “reconecting thing” all the time. Sometimes its takes few to reconect, sometimes whole game you cant reconect to the game. But you can everything, donate, talk to others, send gifts anc so on, somehow you just cant reconect to the game it self. and after that AFK marked and lost win rate, and credit score.

5. Date & Time when the Bug occurred
started to happend few months ago , and still happening almoust every match. “reconnecting .... please contect costumer service”

6. Bug Explanation
as i wrote in first post, thre is also video , happend to gosu general.

7. Battle ID
first match today and already got thst error battle id : 440281080550434029cant promide now . i think its enough info. thanks kathey, after everything find me ingame or pm me here, if you will help , 1000 diamonds for you orcwhatever.

hmmm maybe change dns server and get a vpn i used to get lag but its been a bit better ever since i could change to a better dns server to reduce ping and getting a vpn might change which servers ur in if your playing with players from far places

I would also recommend you to contact customer specifically asking them to have a look into your server and your ISP.
Having the fastest internet is okay but that also depends on the number of devices connected and requesting data from the router every second.

Its not that. Im only one who using my router. And i readed that post i tryed  5ghz and 2,4 ghz doesnt matter or 4G or wifi same story after playing some minutes “ reconnecting”.
Il try to explain it better.
As example we playing trio in rank all we are Lithuanians, different citys, different internert services and so on.
After playing for like 5 mins , all 3 of us getting disconect from the game. 1 of us sometimes goes to game back fast others take 2-5 mins to reconnect to the game.
Funny part is , if internet connection is bad . so while game is freezed its show “reconnecting” we can still talk on mic be game. after restarting game its still show “recconecting” and table of 2 choices “cancel” and “okay” and doesnt let you go back in game . but you can talk with others, make donations everything works, but somehow irs doesnt let you go back ingame. so its my internet? i dont think so. And 3 people , getting disconect same time, also i dont think so .just look gosu general video. same story . but for me almoust every damn match. my ping is 25 , but its jumps to 200-300 and boom reconnecting

Using VPN is illegal and i wont use it. Be you using VPN you just make other ppl lag. im not playing with ppl far away. my ping is 20-30 ms. Im not saying im lagging, im getting disconect- reconnecting bug
