Hi, guys. I'm not sure if you are encountering the same issue but i am using Redmi 6A android ver.9 and for some reason, when i uninstall and reinstall the game, some sound effects are missing. Basic attack and some hero skills. UI sound effects are also extremely low despite the max volume settings. BGM works perfectly fine though.
Keep in mind that i also finished downloading all the resources but still have the same issue.

I believe this is an issue in the Android side? I used to own an Android device years ago and there are cases that the audio is really low despite being at max volume. Have you checked if this problem is coming at your end? Try opening another application.
