[Complaint] Chat mute for a month and now banned? No support?

My situation is very hurtful. I have been banned from using the server chat for more than a month. I already contacted the support inside of game and they made me even send a video about and I follow with the problem without solution. Right now, I was just banned for 1 hour with a message saying that I am using 'illegal plugins'. I use the official client downloaded on Google Play without any changes. Even the installation was done this week because I thought the mute problem could have something in the previous installation. This is absurd, since I spend money on the game and I can't write in the chat and now I have been banned for no reason. I'm asking for some help, someone who can solve my problem or some way to get support. I can no longer stand to be deprived of my right to play since I am not doing anything wrong.

The ban caused by a mistake, you can check your ingame mail regarding this, for chat got muted you might using profanity in ingame, lobby, chat, and comment, you can ask appeal in ingame CS.

Brother... the support team is useless... my hacked account case has been going on for 3 weeks now and still no end... even I have provided them with all the things they wanted, still nothing... something is really wrong with Montoon... they just want our money... solving problems is not their forte... sorry to hear about your case brother... I feel you

I saw the official announcement about the message of cheat ban in Twitter.  As for the appeal, this was done a month ago through the game and so far nothing has been done.  It is an embarrassing situation, because the chat is full of poorly educated people and by the way I always find them in matches that offend or provoke.  The global chat only has pornography and racism and Moon Toon does nothing.  Now, why do I have to be unable to use the chat for more than a month without any feedback?  I have not even received any notification as to why I am in this situation.  How can I get real support that will solve my problem?  I would be very grateful.

I saw your topic. It is very sad to try to solve a problem and the support will only give generic answers, without solutions, with a hellish delay in each answer. I think they only care about the money, because support don't work! I hope you can resolve your situation in the best way. I wish luck for you!

I have an unresolved ban problem.

It is hardly the company will go bankrupt by just not installing or hearsay from a small number of players... it has to go on social media... make it viral... just like our brother's case here... or mine for the instance... sure they'll see it...

i got banned 3 times without any reason since 2017, i swear didnt use any cheats because i play this game with my friends... really random blind ban system still exist~

Though, have you really actually tried contacting customer service and providing every info they need? Though they tend to reply late, I apologize for that. But by giving responses to every info they need, it should be fixed.

Yes, I'm doing this.

I'm going on all social networks, like Facebook and making comments.
The 'support' does not pay any attention, but some users are reading and seeing that the game is a problem.

And I'm talking a lot here on the forum.

I already went to Google Play, made several complaints and recommended the game as very bad.

If I can prevent some people from playing ML, I’ll be satisfied.
