+ 60 Magic Resistance
+ 8   Mana Regen

Passive::Painful Gain
- Every time enemy unit deals damage to you there will be a 0.5 seconds Cooldown Reduction.


I think this will help a lot of Tanks and Support Heroes

Hmm this will be the Top priority item for all tank, if it will exist. Hope to see more opinions on this. Ty for your idea, its a game changer.

The passive is too unbalanced. Each and every time enemy unit deals damage to you, you get a 0.5 seconds cooldown reduction. I think this will help Ruby a lot with a lot of CC skills and constantly cooldown reductions. It would help a lot of heroes that have short cooldown skills. It wouldn’t just help tank and supports, it could help some fighters as well.

If moonton create this item, I think they will lower the magic resistance or removed it because they want mage to have full magic damage since they removed items that have magic resistance before.

They could lower the magic resistance but retain the other attributes

Kimmy aganist lolita with this item. XD. U should definitely give a better passive. .5 seconds for each skills that hit u instead of any attacks.

Passive is unbalanced...how about if enemy do true damage 0.5 sec cd reduction

Beast Killer has +65 ARmor & +65 Magic resist.
the item should just be given +10% cooldown reduction in addition to its current effects
