Bug: No star loss in rank without protection card

This happened and I don't know why. I was out of the battle just immediately after the enemy destroyed our base and was not proceeded to battle summary screen but immediately rushed out to queing screen. In between, selected network route is not allowed comment appeared.

It occured on 28.6.2020 and I am using a umidigif1 play phone with android pie os. My game version is up to date and I do not now what that is. My account ID is 60521432. Server is 7014.
