Uploading Profile and Album Pictures

Hello! It's been weeks since I last uploaded my last custom profile picture and a month since I last uploaded my last album picture inside the game.

Now, I can't change it at all. I can't even get to the cropping process after I've chosen the image that I want. I also can't take pictures for some reason. Neither had any ban notice nor committed a violation in the first place. I tried rebooting my phone but still it didn't work. I turned off and turned on my app permissions once again to attempt to refresh but still to no avail.


My phone is Xiaomi Pocophone F1. I hope this will be noticed very soon. Thanks a lot.

it may be  a bug so,
May i receive your following info:
- your user ID
- Your server number
- device model
- game version
- date when occurred
- and if possible could you record this bug(can you screen record it and upload it somewhere Like google drive or YT and provide us its  link)
