[Hero Balance] REVAMPED HANABI

INTRODUCTION:
Hanabi is a Marksman that shines in late game. However, Hanabi falls out into lower tier due to her inability to deal decent damage early game even after having few core items, unlike Marksman heroes that are frequently used. Hanabi also has low survivability even with her passive. Another problem of Hanabi is her lack of skill that improves her damage output, unlike other Marksmen (Claude has attack speed boost and additional damage from passive, Karrie has true damage from passive, Granger with his guaranteed critical strike on the 6th attack, and so on). It takes a very late game (which happens very rare in higher level matches) before you see the full potential of Hanabi.

In this suggestion, we increased Hanabi's early game potential and survivability. We will also add mobility skills and skillshots that will make you feel like playing with a ninja (since Hanabi is a ninja ). Also added in this suggestion is the "mana steal mechanic", which is not yet present in Mobile Legends, and I think that since Hanabi is a mana-hungry Marksman and has the ability to regen mana through a skillshot, it will make sense to also improve this side of Hanabi.

[PASSIVE] Ninjutsu: Equinox
OLD SKILL:
When Hanabi's HP is full, she will generate a shield that absorbs up to 20% of her Max HP. When the shield is active, Hanabi is immune to Crowd Control effects and her Movement Speed is increased by 30 points.
NEW SKILL:
When Hanabi's HP is less than 20%, she will generate a shield that absorbs up to 10% of her Max HP. When the shield is active, Hanabi is immune to Crowd Control effects and her Movement Speed is increased by 20 points. This skill has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
Each time Hanabi steals mana from an enemy, she deals extra damage to the enemy equal to 100% of mana stolen as Physical Damage.

EXPLANATION: The old passive skill is good, but doesn't really add survivability to Hanabi. The old passive activates when she is at full HP, however, after the passive is broken, she can be easily burst down. This adjustment will increase Hanabi's survivability since the shield and crowd control immunity activates when she is low on HP. The added cooldown and shield reduction for this skill is for balance purposes.
The additional damage given by this passive is to give Hanabi a stronger early game and to synergize with the suggested "mana steal mechanic". This additional mechanic in her passive skill will give her a damage boost early in the game and will scale up to late game, and will be an annoyance particularly to backline mages.

[1ST SKILL]: Ninjutsu: Petal Barrage (AOE)
OLD SKILL:
Passive: Hanabi has 8% Physical Lifesteal at the start of the game, she can upgrade this skill to increase her Physical Lifesteal by 2%. When Hanabi upgrades this skill to Level 6, she has a permanent 20% Physical Lifesteal.

Active: Hanabi's Basic Attack will create a new petal blade that bounces 3 / 3 / 4 / 4 / 5 / 5 times in total to nearby enemies, dealing only 50% of her
Basic Attack Physical Damage to them.

This skill will consume Mana everytime this skill is used.

Damage of the petal blade will decay after each bounce.

This skill can be toggled on or off.


NEW SKILL:
Passive: When this skill is active, Hanabi steals 4% of the target's Max Mana for each attack and restores HP equal to 150% of the stolen Mana.

Active: Hanabi's Basic Attack will create a new petal blade that bounces 3 / 3 / 4 / 4 / 5 / 5 times in total to nearby enemies, dealing only 50% of her
Basic Attack Physical Damage to them.

This skill will consume 10% of Hanabi's Max Mana each attack.

Damage of the petal blade will decay after each bounce.

This skill can be toggled on or off.


EXPLANATION: This skill will still be Hanabi's primary damage skill and will annoy her enemies due to mana stealing. The additional damage from mana steal will give Hanabi a stronger early game. The lifesteal was removed but replaced with a HP heal everytime Hanabi steals mana through this skill. Adjustments such as increased mana cost is for balance purposes.

[2ND SKILL] Ninjutsu: Soul Scroll (BUFF)
OLD SKILL:
Hanabi fires the energy scroll in the targeted direction, dealing 400 / 430 / 460 / 490 / 520 / 550 (+80% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage to enemies along the way and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds.
Hanabi will restore 140 / 160 / 180 / 200 / 220 / 240 points of Mana for each enemy hit. If multiple enemies are hit, the mana restored from the subsequent enemies will decay.

NEW SKILL:
Hanabi fires the energy scroll in the targeted direction, dealing 400 / 430 / 460 / 490 / 520 / 550 (+80% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage to enemies along the way and slowing them by 40% for 2 seconds.
Hanabi will steal 15% of Max Mana from the first enemy unit hit by this skill. If multiple enemies are hit, the amount of Mana stolen will decrease by 2% for each enemy hit.

Using this skill to non-hero units will restore 3% of Hanabi's Max Mana for each unit hit.

Cooldown: 12.0 / 11.0 / 10.0 / 9.0 / 8.0 / 7.0
Mana Cost: 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60

EXPLANATION: This skill will add mana boost to Hanabi in case she runs out of mana. Also added mana restoration from hitting non-hero units to give sustainability to Hanabi's mana while farming.

[ULTIMATE]: Forbidden Jutsu: Higanbana (CC / BLINK)
OLD SKILL:
Hanabi throws Higanbana in the targeted direction and will bloom upon hitting a target, inflicting 400 / 500 / 600 (+100% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage and immobilizing them for 2 seconds.
If another enemy hero still remains within the range of the Higanbana, another Higanbana will bloom, causing the same amount of damage and immobilization effect again.
The immobilization effect can only happen once per enemy hero.

NEW SKILL:
Hanabi dashes to a target direction then throws Higanbana to the nearest enemy hero and will bloom upon hitting a target, inflicting 400 / 500 / 600 (+100% Total Physical Attack) points of Physical Damage and immobilizing them for 1.5 seconds.
Hanabi will have 3 stacks of Higanbana. Each stack replenishes every 20 seconds. If an enemy is hit again by Higanbana within 7 seconds, the damage dealt and stun duration by Higanbana to that hero will be reduced by 40% and 0.5 second of the previous damage and stun duration respectively.

Cooldown: 3.0
Manacost: 100 / 120 / 140

EXPLANATION: This will give Hanabi mobility, escape and crowd control skill, and the "feel" of playing with a ninja. This skill will be like Karrie's 2nd skill but instead she throws Higanbana while dashing. The transferring of immobilization is removed since this skill can be used multiple times in a short interval, allowing her to stun more than one enemy.

for hanabi second skill need revamp perhaps change it to bomb scroll + blink critical chance will give her chance enter meta in this new season plus i like to see she can used melee katana attack also. the skin reksheha and venom skin can used as her melee attack

Its a no for me.
10% of max mana per normal attack will hurt her.

Imagine trying to clear weave. After 10 attack no more skills.

Also yhe advance targeting using her ult will lose.

I like her ult idea. She needs mobility.

I relly love this suggestion, new Passive is so good. That make her big problem for cecilion and hylos, but, I think if she stole energy from enemy, that will make her counter for fanny and the black dragon and more!

Hanabi is good as she is now..well not perfect but she is a good mm a little buff would be great but no need for a whole rework

i just kinda miss old hanabi before those Moonton nerf her really bad till now .if moonton give back mana steal jungle creep contact and buff damage lifesteal and shield like first hanabi release im ok with it.a minor tweak on second skill for blink she will dominate back like before so meta also will dead if old hanabi come back.....if the Moonton rework her.

You forgot Hanabi also have the ability that no other Marksman had, she does not requires lifesteal item on her build, she have the advantage of having more damage. Honorable mention, she also have abilities like immunity, shield, slow, immobilize & limitless bouncing basic attack. Isn't that sounds like too much?

If she gonna receive another ability like mobility or anything, then her current ability need to be taken away. One hero can't have too much abilities. If Hanabi is "that" worse, i can't imagine Layla.

One hero can't have too much abilities

Literally every single meta hero does that. This isn't forum for fair moba player because it's MLBB. Expect hanabi revamp with too much abilities in the far future.
