Menu sound gone after playing game...

Hi moontoon... After playing any games mode like brawl or classics... The sounds will be gone... Especially after opening any chest or rewards... But upon playing games again... Sounds will restore when you select a hero... i notice it when i applied the latest updates... How come?

Btw... I'm using realme x2 pro... I turn off music background... I didn't encounter this issue on previous version...

I also happen this when try to turn off music sound and after battle ends, there is no sound, please provide your information:
- ID&Server ID:
- Device Model:
- Game Version:
- Date when occured:

For now you can re-turn on the music sound on after battle and the sound back to normal, Thank you.

Hi... Thanks... I did turn back on the music and it fix the menu sound issue... Here is my info...
