I made refills of diamonds to be able to buy the star member, so earlier today I was unable to withdraw the rewards and they are blocked, however I still have 29 days of star member and I cannot withdraw the rewards

when did you brought the starlight?as per your first screen shot it shows that you have not brought the starlight pass for this month
