Frozen heroes and negative diamonds

Dear moonton my account has been encounter some trouble, I need to pay 50+k worth of dias for no reason to use again my unlocked hero and skin that I've bought, I always used apple card as a mode of payment, I spent a lot of money and time just because I  think ML is an awesome game, I've been playing ml since 2018 and my highest rank attained is Legend 1. I want to use my unlocked heroes and bought skin, I paid for it legally so basically I have the rights to reclaim my account,

The only way I’ve heard that negative diamonds and locked heroes and skins was possible was if you have asked for a refund. I’m not sure why you’d think it would be a good idea to pay for the diamomds and then purchase the skins and heroes and then ask for a refund. If you don’t think the action was done by you, I’d suggest you take a look at reportaproblem.apple.com because all records of purchases and refunds are recorded there.

Another reason, when someone exploiting diamond purchase bug. So, around 2 years ago, there's a bug with Google game voucher, where different people can claim the same voucher. People exploiting this bug got their diamonds negative and locked heroes (purchased with diamonds). And maybe, this time the bug attack Apple game voucher.
