7 days of waiting for my account to retrieve but no response yet... I email their support but still no response from them... I comment my problem to their page no response yet and moonton only pick some of the problem... Even i played ML for 3 Years and purchased total of 100k diamonds and no one notice me? WTF?

Just as an advice, just quit playing this game. Dont you guys realize yet that all your effort in playing this game will gain you nothing?

Just abandon that lost account. Let all the diamonds spent in the account burn. At least, you will stop investing further money in this game knowing how dangerous this game security is. Maybe this is a sign for you to finally stop playing this worthless game for good.

I send it they respond with link they say i need to fill it up but the problem after i fill up that they stop responding and in the Mobile Legends CS it say that "Sorry to inconvenience...." i wait for 7 days but no respond

please send an email again to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com along with these information: proof of purchases (first purchase or receipts for in-game purchases), when the account was created, last device used before it got hacked, your game ID and server ID (possibly a screenshot of it as well), and other details of what happened.

Try 2 weeks ...still no reply...I send the email to them 2 times a day ..so that’s 24 emails ...CS sucks for this game ..mods are useless also stop spamming that email address..make a web site !!!!! Gmail account is a joke
