I hope someone could help me about my account. All my emblem reset to level 1 after what happeen to 1k chest bug on the russian ML stream. Before I redeemed the codes I'm already at 9 max emblems.

This is not fair punishment for the one's who redeem the codes it should be the developers fault since we are just redeeming the codes through the live stream.

ML already announced after 3 days? that it was a mistake. We already used the items on the chests the after they announce

after the wipe they also reset the emblems of the victims / give negative amount of tickets / freeze the heroes etc.

- date when occurred

I already send message to that email. Also on the FB page and even dent a message through in-game CS. No reply. ML CS are only bots auto reply.

I tried also messaging the CS in-game but the process is too slow
