CAN'T CHANGE MY AVATAR PHOTO

Hello, I've just created new account which is Level 10 now btw if you would ask. I've tried changing avatar into custom avatars but I always get this error "Can't save changes due to an error". Please help me.

So far I've tried:
1. Restarting
2. Reinstalling
3. Clearing the cache
4. Turning on and off all of ML's permission

If you have a spare gadgets try logging your account there and try changing your avatar.

- your user ID
- Your server number
- device model
- game version
- date when occurred

Hi, I have a problem with my avatar.  I have been in this game for 2 years and 2 months ago one day I just received a message that my avatar is banned for 30 days, I waited for this period and since then every time I upload a photo that complies with the rules, my avatar is immediately banned.  I wrote to support, but there is still no solution to my problem, please help how to fix the problem.  My ID 289481170
