Well. There are 2 different types of bug.

1) Fanny's 2nd skill will auto cancel when the blue timer runs out

2) Fanny's cable will not come out sometime and I will need to cast again to get her cable out.

Can moonton fix this? This bug has been here for a very long time.

Thanks for the report, do attach a vidclip or link if possible. Submit this to our CS in-game > bug report too. Hope it gets fixed soon.

this isnt a bug it is made to balance all heroes skill

Do hope you report to the In-game customer service. Also, as CloudDevelic said, can you post a short video so it can be better for us to indentify and report it accordingly.
