Hello, I have two accounts. On one account, there's an event named "Gratitude Gifts" (As shown in the attached image).It's an event where the user could top up 5000 diamonds to get Freya or Saber epic skin.
I wanted to proceed and purchase the diamonds, but after switching to another acccount, the event is not available.

I was confused. Could you help me?
