I keep getting reconnecting problem for like 3 months already. I got hated by many people and I can't play the game really well because of the reconnecting problem. It happens when Im at the loading screen to play the match, it happens just like in the picture after 25%. I don't know what to do, I've already contacted the customer services in-game but they did not reply and help me.

This might happen due to connection problem or someone logging in your account. Do check your connection, and If it's the later, do contact our CS email : mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com , your account is at risk. Do change your pw of the accounts you have binded asap.

try to do a clean re-installation if it doesn't help... it may be a bug in that case i would need your following info
- your user ID
- Your server number
- device model
- game version
- date when occured
