Some people, including me did not receive magic chess season rewards. Filed ticket to no avail, receiving only system reply. Has this been resolved yet?
I been rewarded wrong magic chess season 0 reward. I at mythic rank they email me warrior rewards. Send in app cs first report told me they will fixed the issue in next update then straight away end my report. Second report asking why never compensate back my entitle rewards then ask me to wait for developer answer patiently i waited then they end my report saying i never reply their message they will allocated my slot to others player that need help. what the hell i wait for developer answer saying i didn't reply them. Piss me off. Third time i report yet ask me to elaborate more of my issue. i screen shot everything to the report yet ask me to explain more of my issue. i just dont get it. Why are they like to anyhow reply then past it to other cs i think.
