LEGEND ENCORE EVENT - NO DAILY FREE DRAW

Hello,

I was so excited about Legend Encore event, but after 2 days i got really dissappointed. I have no free draw since 27 April till now. I got all the legend encore tickets and used them. Had only 2 free draws (0 cost) on 25 and 26 April. I cannot understand why now there's no free draw with 0 cost anymore. I won a super reward chest first day and got a border, then the other day i got another free draw and won Belericks skin, that's it. Then i used my legend encore tickets and won small stuff, but nothing interesting. My question is: why there are no free draws anymore when your official page replied to a player sayingtsaying there is a free draw everyday? I feel fooled by this event and by you, Moonton.

This is so stupid... Best MOBA on mobile, worst event organizer ever.

This feedback is really USEFUL.

TRY ATLEAST SENDING them to the customer service in game at the top of the screen.

Send them their reason and erhaps we'll get compensate by this

I'm also experiencing the same thing. No free draws yet till now, from the start of the event.
I also heard they changed the rules and gave only 110 Legend Encore tickets as compensation.(It appeared in everyone's mail, yes)
But why no free draws tho'.

There is no free draw.. me too  never recived a free draw except first one ...

I sent a ticket from the game and GM Tracy said that discount is random and to check the 5th rule. I did and doesn't say on what terms the discount gets 0 again. And who should i believe when on Facebook you have a different answer? The event is passing and many of us can't take part because you ruined it.

Ohh i got the info bro..so u will get free draw daily until u grt the first super reward after that no free draw...well if think in first day u got a free draw then spend all the ticket and got the item so now there is no free draw..

hey, i guess i got the same problem.. I've calculated all the dias that I saved for this month to use them on the legend encore event.. it was around a thousand and two hundred-eighty pesos, I can't even believe the CS didn't do anything to help.. they always say "sorry for inconvenience.. wait patiently.."  I've waited for about a week but still didn't get a response. If I may say, MLBB legend encore Lesley's event is a full scam. I hope there's someone,, like an mlbb staff that could help me from this issue..
