I'm having problem here for 20 minutes in survival modewhen i started playing the game (survival mode) then after the game start about 10-20 seconds it suddenly freeze my hero and everything

so i restart the app then after waiting 3 minutes its still loading stuck and i waited about 8 minutes its still the same then i restart my phone
nothing happens its still the same when I open the game
and I hope this wont continue till may 3.Selena skin is coming Help me!!! pls

any solution?

Hello.
Did the problem still exist ? Try clear game cache from app manager and login again

This has happened to me before... same exact thing... clearing cache didn't help back then... I had to delete the game data, meaning I had to go through the tutorial, reach level 8 just so I can connect to my account...

So sad that this is still a problem... this happened to me about almost a year back...
