welcome to the club, you are not alone. moontoon will act very slow, because i have been trying to take back my account for about a week without any help from Moontoon.

Yes moonton will act very slow. Now the hacker is put my account out for sale. Can’t believe moonton just does not bother. Anyway if you want report this to the police and bring moonton into the picture. See if they will hasten this. I am sure as long a a legal entity comes in they have no choice but to budge. Especially now that PDPA is concerned i am sure Moonton is gonna get a high fine for letting sure things happen.
