Well after a few dozen photos and emails they ask for the same thing over and over, when is the first purchase and last purchase. Wth do you need this detail over and over again?

Hi! I just saw your account problem about not being able to remove the 3rd party account using the Moonton E-mail due to server issue. The solution I had was to play ranked game for more than 3 times. After playing, I immediately tried removing the hacker's account, in my case a VK account, and it worked.

Oh! And I saw someone who said that even after removing all 3rd party accts linked, the hacker can still access their account.

If you are using an ios device, try using an android device because the hacker could've linked their google play account to your ML account so make sure to unbind it as well.

If you are using an android device, try using an ios device because ios also has this apple game center(counter part of google play in android) so make sure it's unlinked as well.

Tighten the security of your account because I think Moonton has security problems recently because of all the accounts I've seen looking for answers.

I logged into all the 3rd party accounts just so they can't put theirs in their.

I got the same problem hacked by someone. Their customer support is absolute crap, at the very least delete my account so he can't mess with my friends

you can unbind vk using your moontoon binded email, for this to work you have to be binded with moon ...

I have the same issue now. I did the 3rd party disconnect and now i have to log into vk to disconnect from my account but its not my vk account so i cant disconnect it
