Account Hacked and now A VK account is Binded

I have same issue. Hacker binded his/her google account to my mobile legend and every time i unbind it, it's says I've log in other region or country.. Please help me fix this.

unfortunately mobile legends support wont help. so many people having this issue and they still believe that were sharing accounts with out friends. even its someone hacking us.

been having the same issue. Not sure what loophole or invulnerability the hacker is using. But VK account is the way they are logging into our accounts. Any update on the issue? he's so annoying using my account.


NOTE: the hacker happened to be indonesian as well.

Same problem here bad thing is im using iphone and hacker binded his google play that means i cant unbind it from my main device.I call that crappy game security...

This is exactly my case too. It's been over 3 weeks already and the support is replying but takes  ...

that is what is happenining to me as well. Thats why i am looking up on solution myself ,cause moonton servicce is really really slow . They replied me once a day and the reply is non relevant to solving the issue

They wont solve it. Even the police says that they contact Moonton but Moonton won’t reply and they dont have to. So maybe Moonton is part of this hacking?

Sad to say but we have to deal with the unpleasant reality. MLBB & Moonton are not after servicing their customer but just to collect money to fill their pockets. These guys have no remorse, no sympathy and no heart. I guess that’s how communist country thinks. For them, everything is just business and how they can take advantage of people without giving back equal amount of service their customer paid for. It’s ugly and unprofessional way of robbing you and can’t do anything about but to let go. Greed is all over.

I feel so bad among my fellow players who are just victims of these hacking. All the money but they can’t even build a strong security system to safeguard everybody’s account information. Is this really the best service China can do for their clients? If police can’t do anything on these guys, it’s better to file a Legal Action and just bombard Moonton with Lawsuit. That will be the best solution.

Let’s not waste time waiting for answers on their poor email support team. These guys are useless. They will just give you false hope. Even it you wait for a year, they won’t be able to resolve any hack case. They can’t even unbind a social media account, what assurance do we have they will help retrieve your hack account. Totally worthless CS Team.

Well,  we are at 04-12-2020 and since the last  Friday the same is happening to me. The hacker from Indonesia was able for some reason to bind his facebook and VK account. I tried to contact the GM's by email, but I got nothing but a form to fill and nothing more after that. Did they solve your problem?
