holy sh**! did not think of rebinding another VK account. what an idiot haha. will trying doing that now. I will post update on this thread

Still can login even after you bind with a new vk account? How can that be? That means there is a flaw with their system already. QA for Apple and Android is really lousy comparing to console games.

Is there anyway i can login to moonton account on the website and just remove the binded vk account? I don’t understand why this cant happen?

I've been having this exact same problem. It started two days ago and I really want my account back. I've been trying all the methods that I looked up but nothing seems to be helping. When I go to the account center --> Third Party Disconnect, and I click disconnect by Moonton email, it says that I'm already logged into another device and blah.

I'm so mad right now. I've spent nearly three years with this game and I will break down if I can't recover all the hard work that I put into the account.

its been 3 weeks still no reply. on the email my god. i spend money on diamonds then this is what they do in return slow customer service.

I read somewhere that they will only deal with Hacked accounts every 90 days... WTH... Someone should just hack the moonton server and see if they will wait 90 days to settle this.

Those who have problems please do the log off all and log off all , unbind all those that are not your accounts and bind your own ones now. Do it before the hacker does it to you.

I hope this update that Moonton did is not just a surface block.

Ok just found out even if you changed all these, the hacker can still retrieve your account by the in game questions that unless you have changed your account details like new heroes or skins because if the hacker can answer all the questions then even u changing and having all different binded accounts. What a dumb way of retrieving accounts like that.
Why did moonton think of such a way to retrieve accounts like this? You spent money on accounts and this is what they came out with? Why not just do a 2fa code with a google Authenticator or some authenticator to retrieve the account?

It seems like there are a lot of cases nowadays. Someone said that their Moonton password was unique but they still got hacked, so maybe it's Moonton itself that had a security breach.

Also I binded my VK account after unbinding the hacker's. He still got in. So it's not VK that's the problem.

you missed 1 more bind: Apple Game Center id. As I am iOS user, I did not use Google Play, so I did not know that the hacker binded my account to VK and Google Play, so after I took over the account and binded my brand new VK account, That fucking hacker still control my account throught his/her Google Play with email address ekasryaa12@gmail.com account.

I had email all the proof to Mobile Legend throught MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com but no luck and they do nothing. It's really frustrating because I spent money to buy diamonds in MLBB, but the service is SUCKS.

Whatever you do don’t back down. Just keep recovering back your account and sign out of the hacker’s phone. Whatever moonton’s FAQ have asked you to do is all bull shit. If the hackers has all the details of your account the hacker can just keep doing an in-game recovery and get everything back on his phone. I can’t believe that Moonton has such security for their players and they don’t seem to have an answer on this stupid mess they have made.
