I have already reached Starlight Level 60; however, the Starlight Shop Still won't let me exchange my Starlight Coins for Starlight Random Hero Bundle. I tried exchanging them yesterday (February 26, 2020) after I reached level 60.

Try to click on price of that item (in this case 3 starlight coins) I just tried it and i could exchange it for random hero bundle and you will see panel where you can buy it.

People tend to tap the item icon itself without knowing that what you need to tap is actually the price bar. Try that again like what StreetGamer have said.

I do click the price, but it only says "Max Level is required!"

Please fix this as soon as possible. March Starlight is so soon.
