come on i only top up once in a blue moon and i got this problem already?? seriously and helping us is not ur priority,
i RECHARGE only 250 dias+25 extra for 1st recharge but i got nothing , i already spoke and shown everything to Devs and CS team but the response is very slow,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient. They might be busy due to handling many queries at the moment. The CS in-game > Payment problem will be ask you for the receipt and you'll get your dias.

CS TEAM says they did not receive the payment but in my account its already deducted , and they said maybe my phone is on jailbreak , which is true , then now i remove my jailbreak, now what i can do, they already close my Ticket

That means they wont be able to help you. But dont worry, if Moonton doesn't receive your amount, the payment will be recovered by google to your bank account.

Contact apple customer service and provide them all the details including with cs said. Screenshot would be nice.
