So, I suggest to have another Kagura Skin maybe Starlight?

Animation:
There could be a wind blowing then she will slowly walk forward coming from the back then she will open her umbrella and twirl around, spreading snows


Kagura Skill
Passive skill name : Yin Yang gathering
so when Kagura and her umbrella become one the shield around her will look like a frozen water shield sort of


Skill 1: Seimei Umbrella Open
When the umbrella moves towards a direction and stays there there could be some snows circling around it


Skill 2: Rasho umbrella flee
with and without seimei umbrella : when moving out to a direction it would leave snowflakes also when she will retrieve it it will also leave snowflakes


Skill 3: Yin yang overtum
With seimei umbrella : a snowflake shaped will form a ft terrier she used this skill


Without someone umbrella: a snowflake will formed then the color of the link is bluish white

It looks gorgeous. Kagura deserves not only starlight but also regular epic skin. But for now i will stick to starlight skin and agree with you. thanks for your nice skin concept. Do not forget to submit this to in game cs as a suggestion with this thread link.

This would be a superb skin for her. For me, it would take it to the next level with more colours added to her outfit. Nonetheless, she is quite beautiful.
