I had bought the October starlight specially as I wanted the special skin of the month.. but after buying it I did not get the skin it's still locked even though I have the hero with me.. please check out and help out.

Sorry but you purchased wrong item, twilight pass and Starlight pass are 2 different things. But you can contact in game costumer service ->payment problems-> refund policy and see if there is any chance to get them back

But it said there that the one you bought is twilight pass and not starlight... wrong purchase?

Oh boy..  I had no idea it was different I went and brought like I normally used to do a couple of months back... Well let me give it a try .. but what is the twilight pass now

You get following things after buying twilight pass with leveling: Reup Flame red Lips Edora skin and Suzuhime Miya skin, a lot of tickets and lucky tickets, some trial card skins, avatar border and star protection.

twilight pass skins are different from starlight.
you made a mistake unfortunately.
if you want refund try cs>payment >refund policy
explain you wanted to buy starlight but in mistake you bought twilight pass.
