Passive
As the Master Tamer of their tribe, Artemis can call Animal Spirits to aid her in battles. She can only call one Animal Spirit at a time and each has their own unique skill sets. Her Animal Spirits will automatically attack nearby enemies and will empower her Crescent-Moon Spade.
Artemis’ weapon, the Crescent-Moon Spade, has two edges that will deal damage twice as a basic attack but the 2nd hit will only deal 70% of her basic attack damage. Her weapon gains two different charges and two different effects. The Crescent-Moon edge will be spiritually charged slowly for several seconds. While the Spade edge will be charged every time Artemis successfully debuffed or crowd controlled any enemy units.
When the Crescent-Moon edge is fully charged, nearby allies (Max 2) will gain the same elemental weapon empowerment and effects that Artemis currently have which lasts for 10secs.
When the Spade edge is fully charged, Artemis gains 80% Magic Power, 30% Attack Speed, and 30% Attack Range Increase which lasts for 10secs (countdown timer starts on her next basic attack).

Winged Taming                Summoning
Cooldown: N/A                 Mana Cost: 40
Artemis will call Avi to fight by her side and empowering Artemis’ weapon with fire. Artemis’ every 5th basic attack will summon a short fire slash in a specified direction that deals 50 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage which then burns all enemy units in the path by 1% of their Max HP every 0.5secs and prevents all kinds of HP Regen Effects on them, both for 5secs. If Avi dies, you can use the skill Overlord’s Invocation to revive Avi as a Phoenix for 8secs. Phoenix Avi enjoys extra (+300% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage on each basic attack but can only use 1 skill.

Overseer (Bird form)                Debuff DPS
Cooldown: 8.0                          Mana Cost: 50
Avi will possess one enemy hero unit on sight. Artemis will gain all the vision of the possessed enemy hero unit but can’t move or do anything for 5secs. Additionally, Avi will burn the possessed enemy hero by 2% of their Max HP every step they take.

(Use Again) You can use this skill again to cancel this skill’s duration and Artemis can move normally again.

Oversear (Phoenix form)           Debuff   DPS
Cooldown: 8.0                           Mana Cost: 50
Avi will burn the possessed enemy hero’s HP and Mana, 3% of their Max HP and 5% of their Max Mana every 0.5secs for 5secs. Additionally, this will prevent all kinds of HP and Mana Regen Effects for 5secs (Including Base Regeneration).

Interflow (Bird Form)                Buff
Cooldown: 11.0                          Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will command Avi to fuse with her Crescent-Moon Shade for 10secs, making her weapon into a Flame Spear. Every 3rd basic attack of Artemis will burn the target enemy hero unit by 1% of their Max HP every 0.5secs for 5secs. Each Artemis’ basic attack will deal extra 100 points of Magic Damage.

Artemis will command Avi to fuse to the weapon on one of her allies for 10secs, setting their weapon on fire. Each basic attack of a melee buffed ally will explode that deals 60 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage around in a small area. Every 3rd basic attack of a marksman buffed ally will explode that deals 50 (+70% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage around in a small area. All of these effects can be critical and inapplicable to minions.

Thunderflash                          Summoning
Cooldown: N/A                          Mana Cost: N/A
Artemis will command Avi to immediately take a rest and will instantly summon King. King will be immune to all damage for 2secs if he is summoned this way. You can’t use this skill is King is in Resurrection State.

Beast Mastery                        Summoning
Cooldown: N/A                          Mana Cost: 40
Artemis will call King to fight by her side and empowering Artemis’ weapon with lightning. Artemis’ every 5th basic attack will summon a lightning strike in a random enemy hero unit nearby that deals 60 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage which will shock the target enemy hero and all enemy units nearby that randomly stuns them for 5 times by 0.5secs for 6secs. If King dies, you can use the skill Overlord’s Invocation to revive King as a Manticore for 8secs. Manticore King will gain 120% Attack Speed based on Artemis’ Attack Speed but can only use 1 skill.

Shock (Okami form)                Debuff  AoE
Cooldown: 8.0                         Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will command King to jump in a specified area and will roar for 2secs to enemies in a fan-shaped area in front, dealing 10 (+50% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage. All enemies in the area of effect will be slightly pulled towards King and will be inflicted with Fear. All enemy heroes with Fear Effect can’t use any skills or can’t do basic attacks when going near you or your allies for 5secs.

Squall (Raiju form)                Debuff  AoE
Cooldown: 8.0                        Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will command King to jump in a specified area and will roar for 1.5secs, dealing 15 (+60% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage. All enemies around will be stunned and slightly pulled towards King which will be inflicted with Fear for 8secs.


Skill2.2
Draw Strike (Okami form)         Debuff        CC
Cooldown: 11.0                          Mana Cost: 50
King becomes lightning and will strike down on a single enemy hero unit nearby that deals 50 (+90% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage. The enemy hero target will be stunned for 1.5secs and will be inflicted with Shock which randomly stuns them for 5times by 0.4secs within 6secs.

Drag Smite (Raiju form)           Debuff        CC
Cooldown: 11.0                         Mana Cost: 50
King becomes lightning and will do a teleport attack on a single enemy hero unit on sight that deals 50 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage. For 1.5secs, King will stun the enemy hero target and will drag them to the nearest ally. If the target enemy hero unit survives for 2secs after being pulled, that target will be inflicted with Shock for 6times by 0.5secs within 8secs and Fear for 8secs.

Artemis will command King to immediately take a rest and will instantly summon Dragna. Dragna will be immune to all damage for 2secs if he is summoned this way. You can’t use this skill if Dragna is in Resurrection State.

Dragon Lieging                Summoning
Cooldown: N/A                   Mana Cost: 40
Artemis will call Dragna to fight by her side and empowering Artemis’ weapon with darkness. Artemis’ every 5th basic attack will summon a black mist around a random enemy hero unit nearby that will lose the vision of the target enemy hero and all enemies around for 3secs, also dealing 10 (+40% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage. If Dragna dies, you can use the skill Overlord’s Invocation to revive Dragna as an Ouroboros for 8secs. Ouroboros Dragna will gain 50% Attack Range Increase based on Artemis’ Attack Range but can only use 1 skill.

Agonizing (Wyrm form)                 Debuff        CC
Cooldown: 8.0                                Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will command Dragna to hide in a specified bush nearby and can stay there for 35secs. Dragna will automatically do a bite attack on a nearby enemy hero that deals 100 (+60% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage, then causes Bleeding and inflicts Despair on the target, both lasts for 3secs. Bleeding will reduce the target’s Movement Speed by 60% and deals 5 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage. Enemy heroes’ HP and Mana with Despair Effect will suffer every time they attack: 1% Max Hp, 2% Max Mana Reduction every basic attack and 15% Max HP, 30% Max Mana Reduction every skill use.

(Use Again) You can use this skill again within 35secs to immediately call Dragna back to Artemis’ side.

Mortifying (Ouroboros form)                Debuff         AoE
Cooldown: 8.0                                      Mana Cost: 50
Dragna will fly in a specified direction while breathing out black mist along the path that deals 15 (+70% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage and causes Vision Loss plus Bleeding to all enemies inside, lasts for 5secs. Enemy heroes will be inflicted with Despair after they step out of the black mist’s area of effect or after the black mist went out, lasts for 5secs.

Cooldown: 11.0                                Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will command Dragna to target, follow and attack a single specific hero unit nearby for 5secs. Dragna will inflict Bleeding on the target enemy hero on Dragna’s 5th hit and Despair on his last hit before going back to Artemis, both will last for 3secs each. If Dragna dies while following his target, Dragna will possess that enemy hero target and will inflict Despair that lasts for 4secs.

Dragna becomes a mist and buries himself underground for 6secs. He will then target and follow a specific enemy hero unit that will deal 10 (+80% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage and inflicts Bleeding and Despair while Dragna is beneath them and all enemy units around the target.

Cooldown: N/A                 Mana Cost: N/A
Artemis will command Dragna to immediately take a rest and will instantly summon Avi. Avi will be immune to all damage for 2secs if she is summoned this way. You can’t use this skill if Avi is in Resurrection State.



Skill4
Overlord’s Invocation                 Buff
Cooldown: 51.0                              Mana Cost: 130
You can only use this skill if you have one active Animal Spirit and the other two are resting. You can’t use this skill if there’s at least 1 dead Animal Spirit. Additionally, you can use this skill within 3secs after one of your Animal Spirits dies to revive them in their Celestial Form that can last for 8secs.
All of Artemis’ Animal Spirits will synthesize with her that awakens her Overlord Form. Overlord Artemis will last for 12secs, will fully charge both edges of her Crescent-Moon Spade one time and gains another set of unique skills.

Phoenix’ Firepledge                Debuff   AoE
Cooldown: 10.0                          Mana Cost: 30
(Passive) Artemis’ weapon becomes a Flame Spear and will always be empowered with fire which cannot be changed. Artemis’ basic attack becomes circular slashes and each hit will burn 1% of the enemy hero’s Max HP.

(Active) Artemis will do a flame wave in a fan-shaped area in front up to 2 times dealing 80 (+80% Total Magical Power) points of Magical Damage each which then prevents all kinds of HP and Mana Regen Effects on all enemy hero units hit that lasts for 5secs (Including Base Regeneration).


Skill4.2
Raiju’s Thunderblitz                 Buff  Debuff
Cooldown: 15.0                           Mana Cost: 50
Artemis will imbue herself with King’s lightning for 6secs and can teleport to a specified area up to 3 times (direction controlled by Left Joystick). A single lightning strike will hit the spot where Artemis is every teleport which will summon 6 short lightning branches that will scatter on the ground around her. The lightning strike will deal 70 (+70% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage and the lightning branches will deal  30 (+70% Total Magic Power) points of Magical Damage, both will inflict Shock which will randomly stun them for 6times by 0.5secs for 5secs. This skill uses 20 Mana every teleport.


Skill4.3
Ouroboros’ Duskhaze                Debuff  AoE
Cooldown: 25.0                            Mana Cost: 100
Artemis becomes a black mist that can pass through terrains, deals 15 (+60% Total Magic Power) points of continuous Magical Damage, Vision Loss and Bleeding to all enemy units that are caught inside the black mist form. After the skill ends, this will inflict Despair to all enemy units caught in the black mist, lasts for 3secs.

Yep, I imagined her as a Black Female cutie shy type girl. Since this character is quite unique, I wanted to be someone as unique as her to be in MLBB.

Hi @excaliburn20 Glad to see you again here to make a new hero concept, but i was confused about her skills, whether that mean improvement skills before and after upgraded.. also i'm really like her passive skill.. thanks for your hard work to dedicate your time for a whole week in making this concept
Don't forget to submit this suggestion to CS in game as a hero concept

this hero will be hard to master. so many skill set and details.
i like the idea of summoning different animal with her skill. but each summoned animal or being has different kind of skill set. so it will br a bit hard to master. but i still like it. don't forget to submit this to in game customer support as a suggestion. also put this thread link.
