Bug Report Guideline

Hello good people, how are you?
Recently mlbb official has updated and improved bug report policy for better response and fix it quickly.

Please follow the guideline below before posting any bug in bug report sub section.
Remember, without these requirements and rules we can not proceeed further and cant take any action.

Bug report thread requirement

1. Please provide valid proof of your bug. Either screenshot or video proof.
For some bug report screenshot is enough but for most of the bug report its require video proof.
make a short video of your bug and upload in youtube.
For reference, you can screenshot the battle result history too.

2. Your in game profile id number and server id number. Must required for contacting you.

3. Device model and device os version.
Must provide device model number. and os version. For android to to settings>about phone>android version for android version infromation.
For Iphone, go to Settngs>general>about>version>ios version.

4. Game client version. game version. its shown at the loading screen on the top right corner along with your profile id number.
Or got to app store or play store>mobile legends>information>version

5. Date when the bug occurred. Need to provide exact date(and time if possible)

6. Step by step details on how to tigger the bug. You can write how did you face the bug, if any steps or way to tigger the bug.

These are the primary requirement of bug report from now on. Please follow this when you provide bug report next time.

Important: Account lost or hacked account wont need to follow these steps to report. But if you cant switch to account due to some unknown bug or issue can be written with these steps. Thanks in advance.
Also please do not, i repeat do not post any bug report in reply here. This is just a guide line and if you have opinion you can provide here. But no bug report please. Thanks in advance.

My phone is samsung a50 ram 6gb, why im so lagging like frame drop  after update if i play other game i dont have problem.. and my friend using samsung to have same problem.. please fix this

My account caught in a kind of "limbo" in a Chess-TD match, the match never starts. Resetting or clearing the game cache does not resolve. When logging in return for the same match. In other words, I'm stuck in a match and can't win / lose / exit

Played rank game awhile ago using bruno I guess around 7mins of the game, the game just froze, I'm also using the new christmas map. I don't know if it just to me but please check if it is a bug or not.
