Hello,

I just wanted to seek some help regarding my lost account. Well, I have binnded my account on facebook but when I try to connect it it would not show. As well as on my Ipad's Gamecenter. I have follow the steps in reporting like creating a new account and reporting it on the customer support in game, but the thing is it has been 5 days since I did not recieve any good feedbacks, the replies are 24-48 hours long and always asking for verification that I have already given in form provided.

Please if there is anyone here has the power to make the retrieval of my account faster, please make it so.

Even if you are the real owner, you must have to provide first and last recharge details to in game cs.
Without this you can not get back your account.
So please provide those information to in game cs and you will get back your account in no time.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have been providing the account's codashop reciept, the first and the latest in the game cs. But the thing is it is taking too long to get the game cs to reply. Hence, when they reply they always ask the same question that are provided already by me in the form. It has been 48 hours since the last reply. I do not know what is the status of my case, it might be processed or forgotten? Can you do anything about my account?

It has been 3 days past since I heard from the in game cs. Can you pls make a follow up on this please?

Hi,

The last reply that I got was 6 days ago. Man this is getting frustrating. Can you please help me reach the Devs that are handling the support? It has been almost 2 weeks with no decent reply yet. They are always asking again and again some infomations that I have provided already in the report.
